Just to let you know, we were so happy with what Matt and Tyler were able to do with our system today. They handled everything that they could fix, and gave us the information we need on the things they could not fix, like the Cypress channel that is not working. Best of all, I am sitting here listening to wonderful music again in my office! They could not have been nicer and we had a fun moment when we discovered we are all from Philly suburbs.

We are looking forward to getting new speakers for outside to replace the ones that are “blown out.” In addition, we asked Matt and Tyler to relay to the design team that we would like a proposal for updating our system, changing out some of the outdated components and making the whole system work well.”
